With top-10 teams such as Gambit, Astralis and Entropiq in attendance, the event promises to be a competitive one to kickstart the year.

The full details of the Funspark ULTI Finals have been announced, including the team list and schedule; the event will feature eight teams battling through a double elimination best-of-three bracket, with a best-of-three grand final, for a share of an impressive $250,000 prize pool. The event will take place online in Europe.

This is the first finals event for the Champion of Champions Tour, which includes events such as Home Sweet Home, Pinnacle Cup, Elisa, and Malta Vibes.

Gambit will be the highest ranked team in attendance

The games will take place between January 18-24, with two matches played per day, one at 12:00 and one at 15:00 . Commentators Harry "JustHarry"Russell and Hugo Byron will be tasked with bringing the action from every single game to life, with Alex "⁠Mauisnake⁠" Ellenberg and Aleksandar "⁠kassad⁠" Trifunović handling analysis duties. The on-air team will be broadcasting live from Relog Media headquarters in Serbia.

The team list features the top finishers at the Funspark ULTI 2020 Europe event, BIG and Extra Salt, ECSTATIC and K23 from the Funspark 2021 EU ranking, and is rounded out by invites in the form of Gambit, Astralis, Entropiq and fnatic.
